Mariam David-Alozie is a visionary techpreneur with over five years of experience in customer experience, sales, business management, and product management, specializing in Generative AI, Fintech, and Edutech.

She has played pivotal roles in various startups, driving innovation and efficiency in operations, particularly through the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Mariam currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Workhen.AI, where she oversees the entire operations, including tech, marketing, sales, and ecosystem partnerships. Her leadership ensures that businesses can easily automate their operations using Generative AI, helping them stay competitive in an increasingly digital landscape.

She also holds a key position as a Senior Program Manager at Disruptive Africa in Lagos, Nigeria, where she manages programs, training sessions, and conferences. Her role involves coordinating with strategic partners, vendors, and participants to ensure the successful execution of organizational objectives.

Her journey in business development began at Finaclusion by Wiretooth Technologies LTD, where she continues to advise and identify sales leads on Fintech products and services. Previously, at OPay (Opera Pay), she successfully sourced and onboarded small businesses, managing their accounts to deliver top-notch services.

Mariam’s commitment to personal and professional growth is evident from her extensive education and training, which includes a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Guidance Services from Ekiti State University, certifications in Data Analytics and Cybersecurity, and a Mini-MBA from Tekedia Institute.

She is a recognized fellow in prestigious programs such as the 2020 Forbes Global Digital Startup Accelerator and the AccelerateHer Cohort 2 program at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Mariam is not only a professional but also an active volunteer, serving as a Program Moderator at PyData Global, a Global Content Manager at Women in AI, and in various leadership roles within faith-based organizations.

Her personal attributes include resourcefulness, strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, brainstorming, organizing events, and spending quality time with loved ones.
